Quick Dal Recipe

Ingredients: Oil, unwashed dal, 7-8 dry red chillies, mustard seeds,cumin seeds,1 spoon fenugreek seeds, tamarind (size of lime), salt, turmeric powder,

--> Firstly add little oil in the cooker, once the oil is heated add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and 7-8 dry red chillies.
--> Let nice aroma come and only then add 1 cup unwashed dal to it and saute it for a while without adding water.. Let nice aroma come once again.. then add 3 cups of water, tamarind and a pinch of turmeric powder and then give 4-5 whistles.
--> On opening the lid add salt according to your taste.
Serve it with hot steamed rice and clarified butter..

This recipe is simple and quick without the hassle of cutting onions and green chillies.. and also without garnishing at the end, still tastes the best.. Hope you wil like it. :)

Keema Rice

Ingredients: Keema, basmati rice,oil, Salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder,  crushed cinnamon, crushed cloves, tomatoes onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, Lime juice, Coriander leaves for garnishing.


--> Firstly fry ginger garlic paste till it turns golden brown in the oil..
--> Then add crushed cloves and cinnamon followed with chopped onions, tomatoes and green chillies and salt to it..
--> After a 5-7 mins add Keema to it.. Let keema give out the oil and let it cook..
--> After  7-10 mins keema should be cooked then add turmeric, red chilly, coriander, garam masala powder..
--> Now add water according to the measurement of the rice(basmati) you're going to cook (1cup rice:1.5 cup water) and when it starts boiling add washed rice to it.. close the lid.. Thats it once it's cooked garnish it with coriander leaves..

Crunchy Babycorn starter

Ingredients: Onions, green chillies, dry red chillies, curry leaves, garlic,oil, rice vinegar or lime juice, salt, red color, baby corn, oil, spicy sauce if you have one to add extra flavor.

-->Take a pan and add little oil to it.. once the oil is heated add curry leaves,chopped garlic,green chillies, dry red chillies, big chopped onions,
--> Add salt and after 5 mins add the baby corn pieces add vinegar or lime juice and spicy sauce(if you have one) to it and keep the lid and leave it in low flame so that the baby corn is cooked.
-->After 5-10 mins open the lid and add red or orange color to it by mixing the powder to milk. now increase the flame and and let the moisture go. Thats it it is done

Prawn Pressure Cooker Dum Bryani

Ingrdients : Onions, green chillies, ginger, garlic, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, dhaniya powder, red chilly powder, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander leaves, yellow food color, Basmati rice, washed prawns.. firstly grind ginger, garlic, green chillies, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and marinate prawns with this paste also add red chilly powder, salt, turmeric, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder and keep it aside for 1 hr.. Take a pressure cooker, add oil and add chopped onions and fry till it turns golden brown.. Then simply add this marinated prawns to it.. and let it fry for sumtime.. once the oil starts coming out of it.. leave it in sim.. meanwhile take a big bowl for making half boil rice now.. fill that bowl with water and let the water starts boiling.. add some cloves n cinnamon also some coriander leaves n salt to it.. wash the rice and immediately put it in the bowl.. after its half cooked.. drain the water completely.. and layer it on top of the prawn curry which is in the cooker.. after layering garnish it wid coriander leaves and add little yellow color.. close the lid and let 2 whistles come.. and thats it.. Ur Prawn pressure cooker biryani will be ready.. :)

Spicy Dry Mushroom

Ingredients: Mushrooms, giner garlic paste, green chillies, onions, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, dhaniya powder, cloves, cinnamon.
Cleaning: Please clean the mushrooms with dry tissue cos if u wash them in water the taste wont be great.. It'll loose its goodness..
Preparation: Fry ginger garlic paste onions and green chillies in oil.. after they turn golden brown add salt, red chilli powder turmeric and dhaniya powder.. add cut mushrooms and mix it well in high flame.. The water will come out of this.. so keep stirring till the water is completely gone.. fry it properly and at the end add the clove+cinnamon powder to it.. And this dish will be ready.. Hope u'll enjoy its taste.. :)

U can sqeeze loads of limes and fill the juice in the ice cube tray and then wenever ur thirsty u can put a cube in a glass with chilled water and drink it.. its fresh n healthy too :)

Ginger garlic easy cubes

* We usually get really sick n tired of making ginger garlic paste but we also know readymade paste does'nt taste as good as fresh ones so here is the simple tip --> make ginger paste an put them in the ice cube tray in the freezer and then once its frozen u can store it in a cover in the freezer.. same process for garlic as well so if r making non veg or any item ucan put 2 ginger n 2 garlic cubes in the curry or else u can put 1 cube of ginger cube in fresh tea..
